These consolidated financial statements of Batero Gold Corp. (the “Company” or “Batero”) for the years ended August 31, 2025 and 2024 have been prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards (“IFRS”) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board.

The statements present, in Canadian dollars, the Company’s financial position, results of operations, changes in shareholders’ equity and cash flows for the periods then ended and should be read in conjunction with the accompanying notes and the Company’s Management’s Discussion and Analysis (“MD&A”) for the same periods.
